More InfoThis is a series of 8 small paintings that Newcomb would like to remain as a set, if possible. They were used as diagrams in his "Sexual Sorcery," where they appeared in black and white. This may be the first time anyone has ever seen them in color. These paintings are based upon the alchemical manuscript "Rosarium Philosophorum," though Newcomb has stylized the rendering. The symbolism has been retained from the originals. They are painted in acrylic on 8.5 by 11 inch paper, and each is separately framed. International shipping may cost extra.
